A long-time UAE resident, journalist and entrepreneur who architected major regional information and news sites — including Gulf News, Yahoo! and Arabian Business — before channelling that expertise into a project close to his heart: education.

A communications advisor for over 20 years working with leading global and regional brands, and a founding committee member of the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature. A long-time UAE resident and father of two, James co-founded WhichSchoolAdvisor.com out of a deep interest in education.

A former editor of Explorer magazines and books, Carli drove the editorial growth of WhichSchoolAdvisor.com as it expanded east and west, and now holds editorial responsibility for the site worldwide.

A lead journalist for Which Media who initiated WhichSchoolAdvisor.com's UK launch and its founding reviews. He has led SchoolsCompared.com since 2015/16 and the Top Schools Awards since 2016/17. Educated in Law and Political Science at London University, with a master's and Ph.D. in Philosophy from Warwick.

In the UAE for 17 years with three children educated across UK and IB curricula, Lyn joined WSA in 2013 and today leads the site's review updates. Reviews have never been as up to date.

Eimear built the commercial side of SchoolsCompared.com, was pivotal to the Top Schools Awards and to ties with major school groups, and now leads commercial across Which Media including WhichSchoolAdvisor.com worldwide. Her passion, drive and refusal to give up define the commercial team.

Tiffaney leads Finance and Human Resources at Which Media, supporting the commercial and operational foundations of the company's education media brands. She oversees core financial and people processes across the business and sits at the centre of Which Media's operations with a deep understanding of how a growing international company works.

Calvin Kern is Head of Social Media at Which Media, where he leads social strategy, content development and audience engagement across the company's education platforms. Combining creative instincts with a hands-on approach, he helps translate Which Media's journalism, school intelligence and brand campaigns into accessible, platform-specific content designed to inform families and strengthen community reach.

An education enthusiast and Early Years expert — a self-described independent thinker who brings objectivity and the ability to see both the big picture and the fine detail. Susan joins Which Media from Kids First, where she was Nursery Director.

A geographical specialist in UK and UAE school systems with over a decade in senior education editorial roles. Jennifer manages the evolution of WhichSchoolAdvisor.com in Great Britain and consults on the Top Schools Awards, known for insightful, painfully honest reviews.

A writer and editor who ran a leading Dubai daily newspaper section for over a decade before becoming a stay-at-home mum of two. A University of the Arts London journalism graduate, Natalie began at CNN and the International Herald Tribune, and now explores the realities of parenting and education in the UAE.
